Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikelihood that an item(s) is sent incorrectly, we do offer an exchange or refund. For faulty item(s), the fault will be assessed by the The Wallpaper Store Team and then either repaired, replaced or refunded. If you’d like to discuss an incorrect or faulty item(s), please email our online team at email@example.com within 3 working days of receiving your order. We may ask you to send us a photo of the fault if visible.
All Decals MUST be returned unused in the state of which they were posted with the Decal, Backing Paper, Application tape, Squeegee and extras still in their original condition.
If the item(s) is faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the costs of returning the item(s) to The Wallpaper Store and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item(s). If we ask you to return an item(s), please repackage your item(s) as securely as possible. You are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. The Wallpaper Store does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We will contact you once we have received the item(s).
There are no returns/exchanges on Custom Designs. We provide full installation instructions with all of our products to assist you in the application of your decal from us.
Promotional Gifts: Promotional free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods. All free gifts are; subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. No cash alternatives are offered. Online promotion gifts are not available for Custom Designs unless noted on the promotion. No part of the gift is exchangeable for cash or any other gift.
Please check to see if your wall has a Wash’n’Wear paint finish before purchasing decals as these paint surfaces will reject any vinyl from adhering. We do not offer refunds if you try to apply your decal to a Wash’n’Wear painted surface for this reason. Please also allow normal painted walls to dry 3 weeks before installing your decal.

PAYMENTS AND PRICING
Online payments through this website are processed through Stripe & PayPal.
For PayPal please note that you do not need a PayPal account.
When you checkout items on our website, you can either:
- We use Stripe to process your credit card payments so your order is safe and secure. We do not receive your credit card number from Stripe.
- Pay using your PayPal account,OR
- Pay by credit card without signing-up/logging in with PayPal. Just follow the “Don’t have a PayPal account” link. Here you can also pay by Visa or Mastercard.
If you do not want to pay through our website you can contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name(s) including the size and colour and we will send you a confirmation email including payment details within 24 hours.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
The Wallpaper Store has the right to change their prices without notice.
