What peel and stick wallpaper is
Peel and stick wallpaper is a printed vinyl with a pressure sensitive adhesive on the back and a gridded backing paper you cut against. It needs no paste, no water and no table. That surface protects the steel beneath it, and it is the reason the material is used for outdoor architecture, sculpture and gardens.
Before you hang your wallpaper
Start with a clean, smooth, fully cured wall. On fresh paint give it two to three weeks before hanging. On a textured or chalky surface the adhesive has little to grip. Follow the preparation instructions for your chosen wallpaper.
